Small Business Freedom

Small business owners don’t need more rules — they need more freedom. Today, excessive red tape, endless bureaucracy, and growing government requirements are crushing entrepreneurs and driving small businesses out of our communities. While big corporations can afford compliance teams and lobbyists, small business owners are forced to spend their time and money on paperwork instead of serving customers.

My plan is simple: less red tape, less bureaucracy, fewer requirements, and lower taxes — so small businesses can grow, hire, and compete.

This policy will:

1. Cut Red Tape and Bureaucracy
   Eliminate unnecessary regulations, permits, and reporting requirements that make it harder to start and run a small business.

2. Reduce Government Requirements
   End duplicative and outdated rules that add cost without improving safety or quality.

3. Lower Taxes for Small Businesses
   Reduce tax burdens so small businesses can reinvest in their workers, products, and local communities.

4. Put Decisions Back in the Hands of Consumers
   Trust consumers — not bureaucrats — to decide which businesses succeed. Let market choice, not government micromanagement, shape what products and services are offered.

5. Level the Playing Field
   Stop big corporations from using regulation and political influence to squeeze out small competitors.

Goal:
To unleash small business growth by cutting red tape, lowering taxes, reducing bureaucracy, and letting consumers — not government — decide what succeeds in the marketplace. A strong economy starts with free, competitive, locally owned businesses.
